Camila Giorgi is on the entry list of the Australian Open 2023. The Italian tennis player was recovering from the injury which forced her to end the season in August.
There is no news about her injury or physical condition, but the fact that she has registered for the tournament means that the beautiful Italian will be ready for Melbourne.
In the main draw are world no.1 Iga Swiatek, Jessica Pegula, Ons Jabeur, Caroline Garcia, Aryna Sabalenka, Maria Sakkari, Cori Gauff, Daria Kasatkina, Veronika Kudermetova, Madison Keys plus many other stars. The Australian Open 2023 is less than a month away, but several champions will return to the field even earlier, on the occasion of the various tournaments organized in the second half of December.

Camila doesn’t play since August 2022
In 2022, after having played the last annual Grand Slam Tournament, she no longer participates in any WTA event, also giving up the Billie Jean King Cup Finals with the Italian national team due to plantar fasciitis.
She thus closes the season with only sixteen tournaments to her credit at position number 67 in the world rankings. Her season ends, with no other match for her after the last match in the second round of the US Open against Madison Keys.
Camila has also published a photo on her official Instagram profile that sees her wearing a short fiery red dress, in what is an obvious Christmas outfit, with her followers and her fans who are literally crazy for the photo.
