At this year’s PNC Championship, Tiger Woods and his son Charlie will be taking part in the event. Tiger Woods’ son Charlie, who is an upcoming star, will be playing in the match that many look forward to. Especially interesting is the interview Tiger and his son participated in together.
Throughout their conversation, the world-class golfer expressed his desire to raise his son to be a successful person as well as an athlete. “I just want him to enjoy whatever he’s doing,” Woods said talking about his son, as quoted by golfmonthly.com.
“I’m supporting him wherever he wants to go, and obviously providing opportunities for that direction. As a parent our job and responsibility is to provide opportunity and support. It’s been fun that he’s taken a passion to something that I’ve enjoyed”.
Last year, Tiger was caddying for Charlie. Charlie made everyone present laugh with a statement about his father. “He forgot my putter a few times,” Charlie said about his dad. “That’s really it”.
Tiger Woods and his son
Having a happy son is one of the most rewarding experiences for a father. It has been confirmed by Tiger Woods. Tiger wants his son to enjoy what he does, and he didn’t forget to praise Charlie and his game.
“It’s hard to describe, because it’s so amazing to be able to be with Charlie out there and fight through it together and do it as a team. Just the fact that he earned his way into the event by shooting the lowest round he’s ever shot.
To go out there and play the way he did. Obviously, lots of lessons learned but I think overall the big picture is he thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a lot of fun for both of us”. A lot is expected from these two.
