The world of LIV Golf has been filled with a great deal of information since the launch of the company. In reality, a few of them had a lot of truth in them, whereas most of them left a lot of false information. A rumor that is still going around for some time now is that Brooks Koepka, one of the stars of the series, wants to leave LIV Golf.
It appears that Koepka is doing great things on the LIV Golf scene, as he won his second LIV tournament a few days ago. It was exactly because of this that many people were surprised as to where such information came from. Nevertheless, the reaction of Greg Norman was quick to follow as he confirmed via Twitter that such information was false.
“Brooks is absolutely fired up about today and next week,” -he wrote. “But more specifically about how LIV players will Show Up next week. Remember the narrative trying to be spread that BK was leaving. More BS. It’s honestly fascinating to watch disinformation being spread in real time.”
Brooks Koepka and his goals
After winning the tournament in Orlando and a victory, Brooks Koepka is extremely optimistic about the big challenge ahead.
It is expected that Koepka will play in the Masters at Augusta. The event will be a special one not only for him but for all other players from LIV Golf as well. “I’m moving the way I want to, and yeah, this just feels good.
I know that when I play good, then I’m going to be right there, and that’s what I feel like I’m doing. I don’t think I had everything this week, but I was making the right decisions. I was just more disciplined this week, which is what you need going into a Major.
I’ve only got maybe, what, four events kind of under my belt of truly being healthy. But this is a great start. I like where I’m at. I feel great. I’ve got no doubt in my mind that I can do it again, and I think this just solidifies it, so there’s even more confidence there.”
