There is no peace for Tiger Woods, back in the limelight for events that have nothing to do with golf. After six years, the love story with Erica Herman, the former manager of The Woods Jupiter, the flagship restaurant among those opened by Tiger, ended.

Erica Herman has now challenged the non-disclosure agreement she signed with her now ex-boyfriend. That piece of paper is almost a habit in the world of politics, finance, sports and entertainment.
It is a “nondisclosure agreement”, an agreement not to reveal to the media what happens during the relationship or during an employment relationship. Although it has been signed by both parties, Herman is now turning to a judge in Martin County (Florida) to request the nullity of that confidentiality bond.
At the basis of the rethinking there would be the Speak Out Act. It is a federal law that establishes that alleged victims of violence or harassment cannot be prevented from filing a lawsuit. According to Erica’s lawyer, Tiger would be interpreting that agreement in a very restrictive way.
The one with Erica was a rather special relationship for Tiger Woods. After the marriage with Elin Nordegen ended badly in 2010 and the story with Lindsay Vonn, the champion’s relationship with Herman has not been hidden. At the same time, this relationship has not made the tabloids rich.
Born in 1984 in Florida, the former Big Cat lady appeared alongside him for the first time in 2017 at the Presidents Cup, in New Jersey. Photographers and smartphones then often photographed her together with Woods, both on the edge of the green and in the grandstand at more than one sporting event.
