Boxing icon Mike Tyson was in the house on Wednesday night for the Marcos Giron and Matija Pecotic match at the Delray Beach Open. Tyson, who has fallen in love with tennis in recent years because his daughter Milan is dreaming of becoming a tennis pro one day, was spotted in the stands at the Delray Beach Open this week.

This week, 33-year-old Pecotic – who finished business studies in recent years and now owns a business investment firm in Florida – made the headlines as many are impressed with his story.
At the age of 33, Pecotic made his ATP debut after entering the Delray Beach qualifying event as an alternate and then winning two qualifying matches to reach the main draw. In his first-ever ATP main draw match, Pecotic stunned former world No 8 Jack Sock 3-6 6-2 6-2.
On Wednesday, Pecotic was back in action and Tyson came to watch the Croatian. Unfortunately for Pecotic, he didn’t record his second ATP win after Giron handed him a 6-3 6-3 loss.

Ever since Milan took up tennis, the game has had a very positive influence on the Tyson family.
Tyson, one of the greatest champions in all sports history, is happy to see his daughter being completely dedicated and committed to something and having dreams. “It broadened my horizons, and I’m grateful to be involved and meeting everybody.
It changed our life. Our whole life has changed over tennis. I thought we were doing well and everything, and everything we were doing was making money, but that’s not bigger than my daughter playing tennis. She’s bigger than everything in our life now.
I see her transcending into something she would never have before if she hadn’t got involved in tennis. She has confidence. At 11/12 years old, she has confidence in herself,” Tyson said in one of his past interviews.
